STRUCTURE® XL starch is a naturally-derived and biodegradable rheology and aesthetic modifier that enables more stable and natural emulsions for hair and skin care applications. Due to its low surface energy, it reduces the size of emulsion droplets enabling efficient stability and also builds synergistic viscosity with emulsifiers. Easy to use, it takes only two minutes to completely disperse in cold water with no pre-mixes needed. Flexible over wide pH range (3-9).
